Programme Highlight   :
CHAOZHOU is a well-known city and there are many esteemed manufacturers in the sanitary ware industry. The technical visit is to enlarge learning for advanced process and standard requirements of manufacturing in sanitary equipment and advanced control devices for water flushing in water closets. Moreover, we will meet local Association for technical interchanges.
Tentative technical visit schedule (潮州技術參觀行程) is listed as below:

1. 參觀中國瓷都陶瓷文化中心(約1小時)
2. 參觀衛生陶瓷潔具的製作流程 (約3小時)
3. 參觀智能衞浴的製作流程(約3 小時)
4. 古巷陶瓷協會交流 (約1小時)
5. 遊覽潮州古城, 自費享受潮州美食

Meeting Point :  Meeting point is at waiting lobby of West Kowloon High Speed Railway Station (After Immigrations and waiting for train) on 13 June 2025.
Tentative high-speed train is G3006 which will depart at 8:42 am). Registration time will be 8:15 am and will depart on or before 8:30 am to take the high-speed train.
Travel agent (麗怡旅遊) contact person will be informed on or before the date.

Insurance : The activity is a technical visit with travel agent (麗怡旅遊) , the agent will buy insurance required by government. For more other insurance, applicants can buy them for their needs. HKIWSS is not responsible for their insurance. Applicants who start the tour, they should take responsibility for themselves when who do not follow the guidance of the travel agent.

Notes (注意點) :

• 交通- 如高鐵去程直達滿座，或有機會香港高鐵站→深圳北站(中轉)→潮汕站 如回程直達滿座，或有會潮汕站→深圳北站(中轉)→香港高鐵站 。參觀期間交通工具：大巴車。
• 回程高鐵班次預計為G6577, 開車時間19:54。
• 參加者需持有有效旅遊證件,例如港澳居民來往內地通行證 (最少半年有效),付費時請提供副本 。
• 住宿雙人房 -潮州財富中心希爾頓歡朋酒店或同級, 假如更改單人房, 需要補價錢 HKD $400 /每位 。
• 麗怡旅遊(牌照號碼354286) 協辦這次活動。團費已包括小費, 及購買平安保險港幣 10 萬元及外遊印花稅。另外「香港旅遊業議會」建議旅客, 如有需要出發前購買旅遊綜合保險。
• 團員於出發前因任何事故而取消，按自動放棄處理，團費恕不發還。

Note for Registration:

1. Duly completed application form accompanied by payment receipt (mark with the applicant’s name if applicable) together with the copy of membership card, email to [email protected] / WhatsApp
2. Registration fee is non-refundable, non-transferable.
3. An official receipt will be distributed to the registrant only upon payment via email.
4. Unsuccessful applicants will be given refund of registration fee even they have already paid.
5. The event will be cancelled when the typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or black storm warning is hoisted 3 hours before the seminar commences.
