A Technical Visit of Jiangmen and Xinhui Factories for Fire and Water Services

TIME : 8:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., (Jiangmen and Xinhui visit)
VENUE : Technical Visits for Fire Services, Safety and Water Facilities in factories of Jiangmen and Xinhui

LOCATION: –深圳灣口岸地鐵站C出口 對出有蓋走廊
NO. of PARTICIPANTS : 30 Seats are available for application. Priority is given to people who are members of the HKIWSS and supporting organizations’ members and LP
FEE : HK$1200 is for HKIWSS members, supporting organizations’ members and
HK$ 1300 is for non-member. (全程包3個正餐, 1個早餐)

Programme Highlight :
There are many valuable factories in Jiangmen and Xinhui. Fire services are important for the oil production factory which requires high standard for fire prevention. Moreover, water supply is key element for the visit and details are listed as below:
1. 9月18日上午參觀江門市高新江海產業共享展廳, ROBOT打磨專家(約2小時)
2. 18日下午參觀江門西江水廠(日產66噸水); 安全產品參觀 (約2小時)
3. 19日上午江門 安全應急科普體驗中心, 火災現場應急體驗; 新會油漆工廠消防系統 (約2 小時)
4. 古井燒鵝美食及歷史風情 – 崖門景區, 斗門民国古街

Insurance :
For insurance, applicants will buy the insurance for their needs. HKIWSS is not responsible for their insurance. They should take responsibility for themselves in the visit.
Certificate：
6 hours CPD certificate will be issued to participants after the completion of the workshop.

Notes :
- 交通- 全程空調大巴,由深圳灣口岸出發 (18日上午8:45時集合, 9時出發, 回程19日下午約5:30時深圳灣口岸散隊)
- 參加者需持有有效旅遊證件,例如港澳居民來往內地通行證 (最少半年有效),付費時請提供副本 ( 只露名字及号碼部份作檢阅)。
- 住宿雙人房江門Holiday Inn酒店或同級, 雙人同房報名優先取錄。 假如更改單人房, 需要補價錢 HKD $250 /每位 。
- 團員於出發前因任何事故而取消，按自動放棄處理，團費恕不發還。

Applications will be accepted on a first come first served basis – HKIWSS member and supporting orgranizations’ members have higher priority. Please reply at 12:00 p.m. on or before the closing date 1 Sep, 2026 (Tue). Successful applicants will be confirmed by WhatsApp or email on or before 2 Sep 2026 (Wed) and the accepted applicants should pay related fee to confirm the seat on or before 7 Sep (Mon), 2026.

CPD Certificate will be provided after the completion of the workshop via WhatsApp or email.
Note for Registration:
1. Duly completed application form accompanied by payment receipt (mark with the applicant’s name if applicable) together with the copy of membership card, email to info@hkiwss.org / WhatsApp
2. Registration fee is non-refundable, non-transferable.
3. An official receipt will be distributed to the registrant only upon payment via email.
4. Unsuccessful applicants will be given refund of registration fee even they have already paid.
5. The event will be cancelled when the typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or black storm warning is hoisted 3 hours before the seminar commences.
6. Information provided will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or disclosed to third party.
